I purchased a new Samsung convection microwave from Lowes. I installed it myself, and while the microwave part worked fine, the convection oven made a terrible grinding noise. As it was new, I called Samsung for warranty service and was provided a technician from United States Appliance Service. A nice woman named Veronica called me to confirm my appointment, and the service technician showed up on time (actually, a few minutes early, which was appreciated!). He found the cause of the problem -- a defective part -- and ordered a replacement. When the part arrived, Veronica again called and scheduled an appointment, and the technician arrived during the planned window. He repaired the problem and reinstalled my microwave over the range. I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of services from United States Appliance Service.
