Help when i really needed it!

This place is horrible. They changed my mail box keys while I was gone for a week when it was the house next door that needed the keys changed. I spoke with the supervisor (Marion) on Monday, June 30, 2014. He promised me within two days I'd have a new set of keys delivered to my house. On Thursday, July 3, I went to the Post Office in person. I spoke to one of the women at the service stations and I was told he had just went to lunch (this was at 2pm) and that he'd be back in one hour. I left my name, cell phone number and the address and she told me she would give it to him when he returned. At 4:45 pm, I still had not received a call, so I called them. I spoke to the same woman I'd left the message with and she tried to tell me "the manager went home at 2pm." I told her it wasn't the manager I was trying to talk to, it was the supervisor. She put me on hold and left me there. They closed at 5pm and I was still on hold at 5:17pm. I'm filing a complaint with the Postmaster for Las Vegas and if needed I'll push it to the Postmaster General of the United States. It's no wonder the Post Office is losing billions a year with people like this working there!
