It provided a professional, relaxing experience with an emphasis on the welfare of the patient. The majority of dentists and staff were amiable and knowledgeable, making sure I was comfortable while performing comprehensive cleanings, examinations, and treatments. A lot of the time, the service was effective and had clear instructions regarding options and procedures. I came away from the experience feeling confident in the treatment I received and with a healthy smile. Ideal for preserving dental health under the care of reliable specialists.

I have been going here for over 5+ years, and Dr. Atwood and staff are the very best professionals and offer the greatest service I have ever gotten from a Dentist. I will only go here and I drive across town just to be seen by Dr. Atwood.

I had a tooth pulled and the staff was very friendly and knew what they were talking about. It was much quicker than I expected. Dr. Siddra Iqbal was professional and kind. I can't recommend Urgent Dental or Dr. Iqbal enough.

Literally sitting in the chair as I write this, that's how good they are. The hygienist is a wizard with that novacaine needle, I have a huge fear of needles but it was the least I have ever felt a needle anywhere on my body. Highly recommend them.

I have been very sick for many years, going from specialist to specialist. When I woke up yesterday I realized my teeth have been hurting all these years, so I made a decision, my back molar is causing me great sickness (fatigue,long term low grade fever, headaches, a long list of things) I called at 8:30 am, i was seen at 3:00 same day. Everyone was very very nice, The dentist Dr. Atwood is a straight shooter, no BS, no Overselling, no trying to pad his wallet...just straight no fluffs business! I said pull my tooth, 1 hour 15 minutes later sure enough he was pulling away st it. I was scared it would hurt!!! The shots DID NOT HURT AT ALL!! I did not even feel them to be honest. When he was pulling my tooth, he was patient and BELIEVE IT OR NOT IT DID NOT EVEN HURT AT ALL!!!!!!! Swear! I was shocked, I just kept pulling my head to keep it straight and....whammmmoo, it was out. That was it out the door...I got a panoramic xray (i thought oh my goodness this is going to be so expensive!!) $100 to pull it and $60 for the xray and consult!!!!! SWEAR!!! I do not have insurance and anytime I have my teeth cleaned it is more than that!!! I was so impressed when I walked out, I was just floored at the complete ease of the appointment, easy papaer work, very inexpensive services, and TOP QUALITY STAFF!! The Dr. is just straight o business, I overheard a conversation the Dr. was having and he was indicating to NOT do expensive long term costly dental work that would have pocketed him a HEFTY paycheck, he was saying to go the simplest and most cost effective...I ALMOST FELL OVER!!! A dentist not trying to squeeze every last dime...but offering reasonable low cost smart decisions!! I was FLOORED!!!!!!! Just a great experience!!!! And I got a tooth pulled...who would have thunk?? HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him, this was my very first time going to him...and it WILL NOT be the last!!!!

I came to Las Vegas for a weekend getaway, with some friends. Friday I had started experiencing tooth pain, from a previous root canal(performed by my dentist in california) we looked online for after hour dentists, and called a few who were on the website. After 3 dentists telling me they wouldn't come in to see me. I headed to the E.R. in horrible pain, all they could do was give me pain medication. We were ready to book a flight back to Califonia, because I was in so much pain!! My friend tried one more dentist on google. That was Dr. Atwood(thank goodnes) I called him around 10:00 pm. He told me he was home, but, he would come in and see me right away. He met me and my friends at his office. He took an x-ray and diagnosed my problem. He was able to fix my tooth within that hour!! Then after, he gave me and my friends a ride back. Our weekend vacation was saved because of the kindness of Dr. Atwood!! I would tell everyone in Vegas, to go to Urgent Dental! Thanks Urgent Dental!!

I had a terrible toothache and couldn't sleep. Dr Atwood answered the phone in the middle of the night and came in to take care of me. He was so great that I decided to bring my whole family to see him. I can't say enough about Dr. Atwood and his staff because they are so awesome!

I had a very bad tooth that had rotted and broken being single mom of two I kept putting off getting it fixed finally went today they quoted 150 ended up only being 100 they are super nice would definitely recommend them to family and friends

Fantastic dentist. Very friendly, knowledgeable and the staff is the friendliest i've seen in years. I've had lots of different work done and Dr. Atwood has been amazing. I can't recommend him enough. A++++++

Don't go to Urgent Dental. At least not for root canals. Dr. Atwood has neither the tools nor the expertise to do a proper root canal. Dr. Atwood left two broken instruments in my teeth and said there shouldn't be a problem. Big mistake. I ended up paying 3 times I paid him to have a specialist fix his sloppiness. His staff is friendly enough, and Dr. Atwood seems caring, but he does not have the skill nor the equipment (microscope and other endodontic tools) to do the job right. Also, he did not call or follow up to see if I was alright. There was no post operative instructions given, just basically pay your bill and get out. One positive thing I can say is that he does answer the phone after hours and really lives up to the promise of 24/7 availability, but I would never trust him again for a root canal, and probably any other work. Learn from my mistake.

Urgent Dental is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly, funny, and the prices are not bad! I went other places for prices and they were charging 2 times and a half more, and the quality of work the Dr Atwood does is amazing! Urgent Dental is absolutely amazing.

I LOVE Dr. Atwood!!! I had a horrible infection and had another dentist take a look. In the end I ended up going to Dr. Atwood and he did such an amazing job and didn't over charge me. I am so thankful that he was available when he was and was able to help

me from all the pain!!! Thank you Dr. Atwood!!

they say they have urgent dental, yet are only available once & a while, even as a previous patient needing care...won't be returning!!

Amazing people not only the doctor but the staff are wonderful!Very easy to get in and the best dental care I have ever received!The whole family now goes to urgent dental!

I trust Dr. Atwood. My whole family sees him for all our dental needs. I have 4 teenagers and they all like Dr. Atwood. He did an excellent job on taking out my oldest's wisdom teeth. That was the first time we saw him. Since then, he has taken out the middle two's wisdom teeth as well. In addition, Dr. Atwood did l surgery on my second son for his orthodontic needs. We changed dentist and just go to him for all our dental needs. I recommended him to all my friends and family.

What a awesome Dr. If you are looking for a dentist this is the place to go. I called at seven at night with a lot of pain, not a problem in & out in 35min. Very gentle, caring, and very friendly!!

Has to be the best dentist in Las Vegas. Very helpful and kind staff, the doctor took his time to explain everything he was going to do and why. thanks doc
