Provided by YP.comTheir customer service is a nightmare. I bought a Groupon for a 5 window tint but had to wait for over a month for an appointment. If I was a regular paying customer, we could have had the work done that day. When I arrived for my appointment, they didn't have a record of it and I had to reschedule for two weeks later. I was told my appointment was at 10 AM but when I arrived, I was told that it was at 11. As it turned out, they had 2 11 AM appointments for the one tint specialist and they started the work on the second car before mine. As a result, my car didn't get started until 3 hours after I arrived and I was stuck at the shop for 5 hours!!!
I was upgraded to a darker tint for the scheduling error but the owner did not want to take responsibility for the actions of his staff and the time that I wasted at his shop. The tint specialist offered to pay for the extra back windows but this should have come from the owner. So far, the quality of the tint seems to be good with no bubbling, but I still would not recommend going to this shop.
I agree that if I could have given zero stars, I would have.
