I called Vegas Billiards about needing a pool table moved from one location to another and to have new felt applied to my pool table. He gave me prices and agreed to meet me at the location to disassemble the pool table and move to new location. When he showed up, he arrived in a personal vehicle which had no special straps or hold downs to secure the pool table. He then started to take the table apart but started to talk about he had all his tools stolen the day before but he should be able to do the job with what he had. He finally got the pool table broken down and just haphazardly threw the screws into a work bag. Then I had to help him carry the slates to the truck because he didn't have a helper and had lost his dolly. His truck didn't have enough room to carry all the pieces from the pool table so I had to load some into my own truck. After everything was loaded he then proceeded to ask me where I wanted to go to purchase the new felt for my table!!??!! On the phone he included the cost of the felt and installation into the price we had already agreed to over the phone and now he doesn't even have it with him!! I told him that we needed to take the table to the new location first, we did. Then he asked me to be the one to drive him down to the billiards store in my vehicle, I was like no way I'm not driving. He drove us to the billiards store but asked that when we got there if I could help him out and go to Lowe's with him and I could buy him new tools to replace the ones that were stolen the day before, and he would just minus the cost from the price that we agreed on. Got the felt, $50 more then what he told me, at the billiards store. Then went to Lowe's to buy his tools!!!!!!!! Got back to the house and he went to work with what he had. ABSOLUTELY HORRID FELT JOB!!!!!!!!!! The felt is bunched in the corners and my pockets aren't straight and level with the table!!!!!! And I have 3 bolts leftover that should be in my pool table!!!!!!! Did I mention that this whole job took over 7 hours to complete!!!!!! Twenty minutes after I paid him and he left my home, he had the nerve to call me on my cell phone and ask for more money!!! After discussing these issues with him, I let him know that I would never open my doors to him again. And truly, my family was in the house while he was working and I didn't want a scene to happen at my house where they might have been injured. This is the only reason I allowed him to complete the job and paid him to leave without an incident. The next day he had his girlfriend texting me threatening me that I needed to pay additional money. This forced me to file a police report to protect my family from anything that might happen to my family or home!!!!!!! So I have the welfare of my family to worry about and also a pool table that looks horrible that I now don't have the money repair. If this rating helps to deter people from falling victim to this company or its employees then at least I know I've tried to worn as many others as I possibly could. Please think twice before using this company, it might be a little bit cheaper then the others but in the end it could cost you much much more!!!!!!!!!!!
