Vegas Vegan Culinary School & Eatery is the first woman-owned, non-accredited 100% vegan cooking school and deli in the US centrally located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our mission is to provide individuals with the tools to learn the simplicity and deliciousness of Plant-Based eating and cooking as an alternative to the consumption of animals. Offering 20+ monthly classes both in person and online that range 2-3 hours in length and taught routinely by our in-house chefs as well as by local vegan chefs, out-of-town chefs and celebrity chefs. We also house a 100% vegan deli-restaurant for in person dining or take-out offering freshly made breakfast, deli salads, sandwiches, desserts and fresh juice. Our hosted events and educational workshops will always focus on giving back to our community and bringing awareness to our animal welfare/sustainable efforts. We specialize in catering, team building & private events.
