Dr Hughes is a great doctor, but the office staff is terrible. They are rude, disorganized and do not return calls and office manager is no better:(

I was referred to this practice after an extremely traumatic miscarriage. The receptionist was exceedingly rude and made me wait over a month for an appointment. That was just a preview of things to come.



I get to the office 30 minutes early to fill out my paperwork and the receptionist is screaming at me like a drill sergeant to finish my paperwork and I was the only one in the office! 15 minutes before my appointment she tells me she is going to reschedule me if I'm not finished! STILL NO OTHER PATIENTS IN THE OFFICE!!.



I asked to speak to the office manager who was even MORE rude and the complaint devolved into a shouting match w/all the hens in the office laughing. I took my paperwork back and ripped it up in front of them and left!



I WOULD NOT TAKE MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS OFFICE!!!!
