Provided by YP.comI bought a used Suzuki C109rt from these guys two weeks ago. The salesman, Larry, assured me there were no problems with the bike. I paid for it then took it for a spin. There were many problems. I brought the bike right back and said I didn't want the bike. I was told it was too late, I had already bought it. I complained about some of the problems and they had both their mechanics ride the bike. Both said there were no problems. Some of the problems were, the bike would roll forward even with the clutch was all the way in. It would not downshift stopped at a light. They assured me I just needed to get used to the bike. I rode it home, in the following two weeks I put 70 miles on the bike and the ratchet spring on the shifter broke. I called them about this and the manager told me two things, I bought it as is, and even though they assured me there were no problems, since I had had it two weeks there was no telling what I did to it. I am 59 years old, not a racer, and I told them something was wrong with the shifting when I picked it up. They offered me no help what so ever. I would never buy a used bike from these guys. And Larry, the salesman, when I mentioned my complaints at the time of pick up, told me he would make things good should something be wrong. When I call he just hands the phone to the manager. For the same money I could have bought a year newer bike from a private party but I thought going with a dealer was the safer bet. I always lose when I go to Vegas.

Provided by YPmobileRuss in the service department is very good. I had an issue with getting a owners manual and the tool kit that was supposed to come with a bike. After a month and a half I got the manual and it says in the manual that there is a tool kit that comes with the bike, but, the guy who sold it says otherwise. I have had a lot of work done there and their rates are very good. They were upfront about other issues and took the time to go through everything.
