So long story short, i had my costumers house all prepped for 3 panels of fence, from my first initial trip i have had to make 2 more trips back because of how beat up the posts were after unpacking them. Turning my expected two day job now into a week long headace, i didn't think i would have to inspect every piece i got from them, but that was my mistake in the end since it took so long the overpriced concrete i got from them has also gone bad since i had to wait for more post to be shipped in.being that i had no place to store itproject is now 9 days in and 4 trips back to lathem to correct their mistakes and now i hope to somewhat break even on this jobThanks AFSCO of Lathem will never be back or recommend another customer to this store ever again

They are very helpful in the store when looking to buy a fence. Ordered fence 3 months ago and they still have not installed. They can't even predict when it will be installed because this is their busy season. They should tell customers this when they purchase it. Very poor business practice.

Stopped by to request an onsite estimate. Was given a quick how many square feet do you need estimate and was told they would call in less than a week to set up a time to come out to see the property. That was June 26, give or take a day and it is now aug 21. Still waiting for a call, what a joke,

Afsco completed installation of my fence on 8/14/13,almost a month after I signed the agreement on 7/15/13 & paid a deposit of $2,750. The fence itself is presentable however my dissatisfaction is with their representative Pat Lambert. The crew cut backa lot of the branches that was blocking the path of the fence & left them scattered all over my yard. When I asked them if they were going to dispose of them they were told by Mr. Lambert to leave them there. The one gentlemen thought that was unusual as they usually haul them away. I told them they could at least put them on the outside of my fence so the City of Saratogag can pick them up. I placed a call to Mr. Lambert. I found this to be unprofessional. Every organization that I had hired in the past to do any work always cleaned up after the job. How was I suppose to dispose of heavy branches? I will not deal with Afsco in the future. I am being told my other people that I should have contacted Bruce Fencing.

Thought repairing my iron fence would cost me an arm & leg but, after receiving AFSCO's estimate I should've called them years ago!! I highly recommend these guys.

Been thinking about a fence for years. Went to Afsco and was treated very well and they were very professional and helpful. Will enjoy doing business with this company.
