Their customer service and management is AWFUL!!! They never answer your call, always being sent to their voicemail. Have to wait DAYS for them to call you IF they do at all. We had to be persistent on calling them.

In January they had a Camping Expo. We got approved for a new camper. I wanted to change the bunk house from 1 set of bunk to 2 sets. Jordan our sale rep told us they have one exactly like that but, at a different location. Well folks, we waiting 4 weeks for a call. Instead, we received a notice from the bank, the loan expired. We thought the loan was finalized. So, we called Jordan he said there wasn't a camper at the other location. We had to order one to be made. Getting approved again was almost impossible. Without our permission, they ran our credit through several banks. Albany RV said, since we have to do the loan over your trade in-value is going to drop $700 because of depreciation and down pymt would go up $1,000.

So, with that all said, we declined their scheme.
