Provided by YP.comIf you are thinking of supplement insurance, this is the last place you should look. I have had claims in now for 4 months. Everytime u give them paper work they ask for they wait ten days say that is not enough and ask for more. 4 months and still no money for my policy. Worst place I have ever dealt with. I should have read all the comments online about this company before I got a policy with them
