Provided by YP.comVery disappointed! We had an appointment scheduled and arrived on time. We were informed that our appointment was canceled and that they tried calling us but had an old phone number. They did not try calling the secondary or reach out via email. If you miss an appointment, Shaker Pediatrics charges $20, which I am completely fine with. I won't waste your time by skipping out on an appointment and you should not waste my time by canceling my appointment that was booked 3 months in advance. Rescheduling is a nightmare as they have very limited availability. We will certainly be taking our business elsewhere!
