Provided by YP.comWhen the time had come to upgrade our kitchen appliances, we relied on our past experience purchasing from Earl B. Feiden. Their prices were competitive and their installation and service was always reliable. We had an enjoyable and quick purchase experience in their Latham show room, followed by a short delivery schedule with full installation.
Within a week, however, we experienced performance e issues with two items. We are emailed our concerns and visited the store to follow-up. Within minutes we were engaged by senior staff and they immediately laid out corrective actions and alternative options that would hopefully satisfy our expectations. There was not a hint of confrontation and their sole objective was to assure that our satisfaction after the sale would be preserved.
This girl s a family-run bylines and they understand the principles of Customer Satisfaction. Reputation of s everything ... They Really Get It.

Provided by SuperpagesThis company came out and repaired my washer that 2 others companies were not able to. The service man figured out the part that was needed and came back later the same day and repaired it. He was very polite and professional, a pleasure to have in my home.

Provided by SuperpagesMy 97 year-old mother purchased a refridgerator from Feiden's about 8 years ago. It has stopped working twice in that time, and when a repairman from Feiden's came to try to repair it the first time, he got angry when I said it should not have stopped working that soon, and he threatened to leave without even looking at it! As it happened, he got it working again but could not determine what had caused the problem. This month it stopped working again, and this time when the repairman from Feiden's showed up my mother told him that, because of the previous incident, she didn't have much faith in Feiden's repairmen, he took offense and he did leave without looking at it! I've never encountered repairmen with such thin skins and the attitude that a customer has no right to complain about a product that appears to be a lemon and cannot be depended on. It's really a shame that Feiden's repaimen are such jerks because their salesman Dan Oliver is great and very accomodating to customers.

Provided by SuperpagesI've used Feidens several times for service,the rate they charge is very in inconsistent,its like they pull a number out of a hat when they charge me.They use to fix my appliances on the first or second visit,lately it has taken 3 trips and a few 4 trips.Who has time for the lack of inexperience they offer.Time to look elseware for service.

Provided by YPmobileTried to get a fridge and range fixed. Service person taking my info was obnoxious. Kept telling me I had not purchased from there even though I had a year earlier and had all receipts. After 30 minutes on the phone she finally got to scheduling only to find out they wanted $119 before even looking at any of the appliances. Never again!

Provided by SuperpagesWill never do business with these people again. You call for service they make the appointment and never show up, or give you a call to let you know that they are not coming. If the service man that works for them worked for me, he would be looking for a job today. I guess that they just don't need the business. Well now I don't need service as we just bought a new appliance BUT NOT FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by SuperpagesHow they have any stars on their rating is beyond me. They have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I have bought many appliances for my home and never been as disappointed as I have been with them. They delivered a new refridg without the ice maker. After many calls I got the icemaker 3 months later, and four dents in the stainless door. They have never retruned one of 20 phone calls, I have had to hound them every step. four months later no replaced door. They have their money and I have a new refridg that looks worse than my old one. Have researched for other complaints and found an abundance of them. they are a slimy group! Go elswhere!

Provided by YP.comI had recently purchased a Bosch Washer and Dryer and unfortunatley the washer went down. The Service department was very responsive and was there when promised. Kim immediatley assesed the problem and ordered the parts. As promised again, the parts arrived in a timely fashion and Rocco came the next day to repair the machine. Both service technicians were very friendly and knowledgable. The only knock I would have is that I needed to follow up to make sure the parts were in and to reschedule the service.
Overall, a very pleasant experience with dealing with Feiden's Service Department.
