I ordered a white sheet cake for my 50th anniversary party. The cake was NOT white and was totally overbaked. Dry as can be. The owner appeared to have cared less that I was not satisfied and only said she was sorry. $75 for a crappy cake.

After being greeted by two birds in the "cake chateau" (health code violation I would think) the owner, unfriendly approached me and asked what Im looking for. Before I could fully describe what I was looking for she jumped down my throat and screamed that customers are crazy! Really bizarre situation, never had someone talk to me like that. What ever happened to customer service
