My daughter has to go back repeatedly because something broke. The employees do not seem to chart or communicate with each other. She was having an issue with irritation and swelling and was told to floss more in that area. When the employee tried cleaning the area she realized it was all cement. According to my kids, the employees are rude to them and huff and puff during the visit. One daughter was informed she was late. She doesn't drive, it wasn't her fault, she should not have been treated differently. I did call to ask that they don't complain to my kids if they are late for an appointment. I'm just overall dissatisfied with them. If I had to do over again, I would not use them. Everyone else seems to love them. Maybe it's just us?

Extremely nice. Listens to all comments and now my teeth are beautifully adjusted.
