Website says open 24 hours, they're only open 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday, for customer walk in service.

Worst customer service of any company I have encountered in 40 years. They do not answer the phone, provide contradictory information and take no accountability. Service is consistently late - very late. Communication is horrendous and bureaucracy is endless. Would never use UPS ever.

UPS has the worst service.lately. they never knock or ring the bell anymore. Packages are left in the rain. In front of my garage door in the rain., at the bottom of the stairs. I am attached to oxygen, making it difficult to get outside for packages that I don't even know are there. Can't get anyone to answer phone as facility.

Second time a package was falsely delivered!!! Carrier lies about me refusing package!!! We have surveillance cameras and no carrier attempts delivery yet. Tracking states we refused a package weve been waiting for all week!!! Please deliver my package!!! I understand its a holiday but to inconvenience the customer is unacceptable!!!

NEVER AGAIN . . . UPS Drivers at this facility make no attempt to ensure customers receive packages. Instead, slapping a sticker on your door with no attempt to make contact is the standard operating procedure . . . Shame on you UPS / NEVER EVER AGAIN !

Horrible cust svc. Followed instructions on how to box and ship. Couldn't even buy the boxes or bubble wrap there, they sent us to Home Depot where we spent $42. They still said they could not accept and were incorrectly boxed, even though their instructions were followed exactly. This whole process took half the day as we are an hour away from this facility. They were even helping other people bubble wrap items but not us. They made the process so difficult we gave up. We were trying to spend money there but they wore us out.

So bad second year in a row my son's parcels were taken to wrong address,how do you get apt 107,when it is 159?Last year it was apt 4,and still apt.159.I believe they give the parcels to friends.This year they got Omaha Steaks,last year winter boots.They never answer phone ,they need to be investigated.

ZERO stars but they require at least one to submit the review. If there is anyway that you can avoid using UPS, do it! Expedited shipping that has been sitting at the Latham, NY facility for 7 days!!!! Twice they forgot to put it on the delivery truck. Once they actually stopped by at 8pm and by the time I got out of the bathroom and ran to the door, they were gone. They did not leave it since it required a signature. Forgot it on the truck again and then the next time it got past 8pm since I am obviously the last on the route and they weren't allowed to deliver it because the driver would have to get overtime! When I finally got a hold of someone and asked to be moved up on the list since they had my package for 7 days, they said no, I would get it when I get it!!!!!

Shame I have to leave 1 star. Overnight delivery from 401K broker with check from a 401K loan was left at front door in the rain storm today. The storm door was closed but inside door was open and they did not bother to ring door bell or knock to indicate a they had been there. Envelope and contents inside were soaked. No delivery by UPS that comes to my house is accompanied by a knock or door bell ring even though most days someone is home with 1 or 2 cars in the driveway, these drivers are incompetent at best or don't care about their jobs at worst.

I now have witnessed why all of the UPS reviews are negative. The Cambridge NY UPS driver went out of his way to NOT deliver a time sensitive package to me at Kinney Auto. My business is open 9 to 5 daily and he was unable to catch me here. His note that was on the ground this morning said "Nope you didn't sign!!! Happy Holiday". He has no sense of customer service. I'll spread the good word.

Paid for the 2day delivery. watched the driver drive past my house, turn then sit at the intersection my house is on. walking up and waving him down, he looks in my direction and drives away. these drivers are beyond pathetic. DO NOT USE UPS

Lousy customer service. Placed on hold for 18 minutes only to be disconnected. Impossible to talk to someone who can actually help when packages are delivered to the wrong address! UPS used to be far superior to the postal service, but I'm not convinced of that anymore.

The phone service is alright, but the drivers either never deliver the package or just stick a note and drive off! D: I paid good money (expensive at that) for my item... First day, they refused to leave it because they needed someone to sign (My landlord was there), Second day, they stuck a note and left- Third day, NO SHOW~! No note, no sticker... I even left a note on my door and left it ajar for them.. It said it was in transit the whole time. So where is my package? I had to put it on hold at the store just in case something happened like this. Now I have to spend money on a cab to go all the way to the store, inconveniently in the morning, go to work, pick money up, take a cab, go home... Go back to work on the bus... UGH! D:

I called 4 times attempting to get my package left at Avis for pick-up. One Agent didn't know how to set it up. The next 3 Agents I could not understand, they had a foreign accent. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told flat out (NO). It should not be that complicated.
