TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Purchased a Dell Latitude E5430 for $169.00 and had issues with the battery charging. Upon returning to the store with my complaint the guy told me that "It was working fine when you bought it...what did you do to it...". WOW!!! after much going back and forth he agreed to replace the battery....long story short, same issue, it was not the battery and he refused to refund or exchange the computer and became very rude.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT WITH SUCH A DISHONEST PERSON.
