I've been to this cleaner a few times in the past 2 years. The service was decent for the most part, but the last time I used their services led me to find another cleaner. The attendant was very unprofessional, asked me personal questions. I brought 3 suits to be cleaned. When I came to pick up the suits, the pants for 1 of them were not ready and I was told to come back in a couple hours, which was not an option for me that day. I needed that particular suit for an event on the next day (a Sunday) when they are closed. I didn't go back to pick up the pants until the following Saturday morning. When I pulled up, the attendant was sitting in her vehicle outside waiting for customers to come. I got out of my vehicle, opened the door to the business and held the door for her to walk in. She walked pass me, never greeted me. Located the pants (which took a couple minutes), handed them to me and said "Thank you." They've always cleaned my clothes well, but as far as professionalism, not worth it.
