I would give a 0 rating if that were possible! We signed a contract in April 2018 for the work to be completed in April 2018. It is now the end of July and still no work has been completed. I asked for a refund several months ago, I still have not received one. Emmanuel has been full of lies and empty promises!

I actually called Home Advisor to hire his brother's company (Rod's Construction) for a job, he sent his brother whom I ended up signing the contract with. I thought I was hiring one company and then found out Emmanuel was taking the work from under his brother (without me aware, per his brother). Now the brother won't honor the contract and Emmanuel continues to tell me he is sending the check, or will western union me money.

I will update this review if and when he returns my money.
