I'm sorry to hear the other women had bad experiences with Gyno Associates, but I have been going there for some 30+ years and have not had a single bad experience. I have always been treated respectfully and have had my questions answered honestly. I have no reservations about recommending Gyno Associates to anyone in need of their services.

A few years ago I had a very thorough visit with Dr. Maxwell, after my lifelong gynecologist retired. She listened to my questions and answered them. I was satisfied that I was taken care of and that the office visit went well. Although there is a long wait to get an appointment with her, I take that as a compliment to her. Everyone wants to see her for their appointments!

I don't know what happened with these other ladies that posted reviews, but I have been going here since I was a scared teen having 1st exam. Dr. Whorral and the nurse staff were extremely kind and patience with me. I had a early miscarriage and they Sat with me and explained everything from who, how and the after. They actually cared. Any time I had a problem, they were there for me and got me in asap to see the Dr. The only complaint I had is their air conditioning is extremely chilly in those paper gowns so I was so happy when the nurse gave me a soft blanket. My suggestion is that when you call any Dr. Office is to explain your personal needs and see if the receptionist can help match you to the best Dr. For your personality. Best of luck!

Dr. Maxwell literally mutilated my body, I am still having issues almost two years later. Worst OB ever.

I have had three appointments with their physicians assistant, Melinda Fowler. In all three she has been extremely rude, and their office staff failed to follow through with promised made by her. Never in my life have a been told by a doctor that they know my body better than I do until my appointment this past Monday. As a female with trust issues, when I say no, it means no, and if you can't respect that then I have no business being around you. I should not have to threaten to kick you to make you take your hands off of me. I strongly suggest that if you must use their services that you request to not have Melinda.
