not good at all, service is so unprofessional its scary that they sell food

Very poor responsiveness, professionalism. Met with Lisa planned wedding cake ideas and pricing was told she would be able to make our wedding cake. I was to look for a wedding contract in the mail with in a week. After hearing nothing for two weeks I had to make several phone calls and emails before hearing a response from her which stated that she was busy and would send it out that day. After another week went by I still recieved nothing. Contacted her again she replied with an email saying "sorry for the delay" and that it will be sent right away. After that, inheard nothing and tried contacting her multiple times and still i have never been contacted by her. It is now August and our original meeting was in April. After asking around the community about her, this sort of incident was not so uncommon. Needless to say I have seen gone with another vendor who has been outstanding unlike the service I recieved from Lisa.
