Florida Medical Center has one of the best OR around the area.The staff is very talented and courteous and 98% of patients gave good reviews. Florida Medical Center has come a long way.

Tried to find information on my wife who was having a Stroke. The phone just keeps ringing and no one answers.



The majority of the emergency staff are rude and refuse to give you information, or I'll talk to the doctor and let you know and they never come back. My wife is over weight, and could not use the bed pan, she asked the a staff member and the member gave her a bed pan. When she told the menber I really can't use it and I will wet my self and the bed, the member told her "DON'T BE A PROBLEM' We were there for 4 hours and still waiting for answers.



This year I had the unfortunate pleasure of being admitted twice. The care and service is not better than the Emergency Room. The food service is an absolute horrow.



If you have to go to the hospital, please save your life and go somewhere else.

I called several times to check on my sister who was having surgery, the phone rang 40 times and no one answered. I tried back, still no answer!
