This training center is very disorganize. The class I was go to take on Saturday was cancel and no one call to tell me not to go. I went to the training center and wait for 2 hour before I left.I call on Monday and they told me that the Instructor was not told he had A class on that Saturday.They told me that the class will be the following Saturday.I went to class Instructor Yves Ferrier will show you what you need to know about baton and handcuff and its law. He is hard but fair and he is this way because he show you the real world and its demon and not to let your guard down and to stand on your toes. To bad that hytech is so disorganize with Instructor like Mr. Ferrier I would take more classes. .I pass the class but its take me a week in half to get my paperwork to show that I pass the class.And I still dont have my paperwork.I sproke to Owner and tell me that he will have for this friday 2/3/2012
