Founded in Lauderdale Lakes, Fla., Oriole Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school has a staff that includes an administrative assistant, counselor, nurse, instructional specialist, technologist and speech therapists. In addition, Oriole Elementary School operates a counseling department that serves as a resource for students, parents and its staff, and provides consultation, individual and group counseling, developmental lessons and coordination services. The school operates a parent-teacher association that works in partnership with the school s principal and staff members, as well as the community to provide programs and services that enhance the educational environment for all its students. Oriole Elementary School is a part of Broward County Public Schools.
