Do not move here. First off all, you have go through board in order to move in. If the board doesn't like you they can take your money and not allow you to move in. Also, there isn't anywhere to park at night. So, if you decide not to get pay for a reserve parking spot which is a hundred and something, your car will be towed. The President of the board never answer her phone. She is rude and very disrespectful. Lastly, if you owner doesn't pay the require association fees, she will try and make you pay them and try to evict you if you don't pay. You have been warned.
