Provided by YP.comCalled this office to inquire about lock change on mailbox. I was told by customer service on day of pay that lock would be changed by Tuesday,2/17. I fully understand snow situation. I was instructed to call Laurel office and inquire. The man that answered the phone did not give his name, was very brusque and did not leave me with the impression that it mattered if I was able to retrieve my mail. Hopefully, the situation will resolve itself today. I do have items being mailed to me that are important to me. Thank you for this opportunity to express my concern. 8709 Barbara Ann Way #101, 21875.
