I would give them a 0 stars if that was an option. We called the kennel twice and left detailed messages inquiring about their service and never received a return call or message. So my husband decided to call again and got Trish on the phone. She said she accidentally deleted both our messages....well he decided to give her a second chance and we scheduled an appointment to meet with her and she never showed up, so my husband called again and she said, "I was thinking it was Saturday today." Well, how little confidence does this give you that she will remember to feed your pets or take care of them in your absence if she doesn't even know what day it is. Beware of leaving your animals in her trust.
