He did an outstanding job and I can clearly see the difference. I want to thank you Jerry for your dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Provided by YP.comI have been very frustrated with the level of service from ARS. Because I have a relatively new HVAC unit and a service contract, I have not terminated my association with your company. And then came MICHAEL G. Michael G. came to do a "Routine Service" call and ended up being the best evaluator of a dysfunctional HVAC system than any other ARS technician or comfort advisor who had visited my home. Upon entering my home, Michael G. asked if I had "any problems with my 21 month old unit?" My quick reply was "yes" followed by my observations. Like a true detective, Michael began to search for a reason for the problem. This experienced technician immediately began to make observations and recommendations about the problems citing specific examples. Michael assured me that after submitting his report, accompanied by pictures he had taken, specialized technicians would do a follow up and a set up a work schedule for remediation. Finally, I am getting some help. Thank you Michael G., you are the best!

Provided by YP.comDo not use this company for your HVAC repair. While they showed up promptly and acted courtesly, they were completely unable to fix my unit, claiming that the unit--which was only 5 years old--needed to be replaced entirely.
I had a second company come out, and they were able to fix the unit within a half hour, and it is working perfectly now. In fact, the only problem with the unit was a blown fuse, a very small and easy fix. That makes me wonder about the professionalism and training of the ARS technicians. Do not use them!

Provided by YPmobileI hired ARS to do repiping of my pipes after a pipe burst. Generally, I was was very pleased. They came when they said. I appreciated that when I came home late on a Monday and found water pouring in my home, they offered the fasted response even though the oncall plumber had to travel from Frederick (he arrived within an hour while other companies told me 2 hours).
Once the pipe break was fixed, the ARS plumber tried to help me call some water clean up companies that night given all the standing water in my home. I truly appreciated his efforts.
Since my pipes were not good and I had been thinking of repiping I took the plumber up on his offer to have someone come out the next day to provide me an estimate on a repiping.
As scheduled, the next day someone came out, walked through my home and wrote a detailed estimate. Given the expense I also applied for financing. This was all taken care off the same day.
I had to reschedule the start date and they were extremely flexible. They started when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. They swept and vaccuumed.
My only problem was toward the end they noticed a leak from the drain pipes from my bathtub. Those pipes were not in my contract. I knew they saw the leak the day before they were done and I suppose I was irritated they waited to follow up to see if I wanted it done- I had only taken off work a few days and maybe I could have scheduled it while I was still off.
But I did schedule that repair for the very next day...they seemed sensitive to the fact I had already scheduled my drywall repair to start. They did the drain pipes but I did have to call them out again because they were not sealed right to tub. There was a glitch in scheduling that appointment but they seemed to go out their way to fix it.
So, I would recommend ARS. Even given some issues (frankly, I had hired a number of plumbers before and none of them are perfect), I had a good experience. Again, they were friendly, flexible.

Provided by YPmobilePlease consider this review before you use this company. They are completely incompetent. I called them out to fix a brand new mini split system that was not working. The tech said that it needed refrigerant so I agreed to pay $415 to have them recharge the system a week later I had to call them again because the unit was again not cooling. The same tech said there must have been a leak. He then told me it would be another $415 to recharge the system after I paid for a leak test. He never offered the leak test initially and I guess expected me to know I had a leak. If I could give negative stars I would. This company has also the worst customer service. The lady on the phone told me that they were not responsible for the refrigerant leaking. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGREVATION AND SELECT A REAL COMPANY.

Provided by YP.comI have had two appointments scheduled with ARS within the past week. They did not show, and did not call for the first. DAYS went by, and I finally called, and they didn't even apologize for missing the appointment. So I scheduled a second appointment. This time they at least called to tell me they were going to be late. Well, the end of the business day came, and they still had not shown. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'd love to comment on their work, but unfortunately, I never even saw it.
