It was a horrible experience for the forth time but what takes the cake I pulled up to the drive-through ask them for a price of a certain food item that I wanted to purchase He stated he did not know and he cannot selll tell me the price But he is inside a store and can see the menu Basically, he said I had to order it in order to find out the Price. which I have never heard of before so basically I’m thinking are you ordering my food or am I ordering my food? He asked me did I want the whole meal? I need to know the price so I can make sure I have the correct change when I come up to the window. I informed the guy I could not see the menu that far and he stated to me well I should not be driving if I cannot see
The menu that clear because I did not have my glasses on If anyone knows about eyes it’s totally different when you’re reading words or driving I took it as a insult and I am so done with Burger King in this area and for him to be management no customer service at all and being rude I am not going for you should know your restaurant prices of any item you sell
