I highly recommend  that you find another care for your child. No working mother can have a normal job and still keep her child here. Therese Mason constantly closes her care,  after 7am text message. she gossips about parents, give different  $$ to every child even for same age and level. She change her policy constant. She changed my contract with her 2 times within 6 month to fit her life change. Example: If her parents are sick, she will  change her contract to include 3 bereavement paid...etc. she gets 5 weeks paid plus all holidays. She was good with my kid when she had only 3 kids in her care. After having 5 kids everything fell apart. I do not recommend this provider to any working mothers.
