Property has been going down in the last 5yrs. Water leaks and shut off very frequent, Balconies and Patios cluttered with house furniture, bikes and coolers, new window screens hanging out of windows. Property manager never available to speak to, no new appliances for tenants over 10yrs. just when needed. No one ever walks the grounds to see any damages on property. VERY HIGH TURN AROUND with tenants.
