Horrible, disgusting business practices. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa- delivery was delayed by one week (for reasons unknown), and on delivery day the items arrived damaged, the wrong color, and THE SOFA NEVER CAME. When inquiring about next steps, I was never given an ETA for the sofa, and the damaged bunk bed was unable to be returned. After being blamed for picking the wrong color and being upset that delivery was delayed by 2 hours (with no follow up call letting me know that delivery would be late, mind you), the owner declared with a smile that he'd not return ANY of the pieces, and asked me what I wanted from him. Customer service be damned- that's all anyone wants, a pleasant shopping experience. As I was verbally threatened upon leaving the store, legal action now has to be taken for a transaction that should have been an easy, stress-free process.
