Provided by YP.comRoaches ARE a problem...if you don't have them in your unit and keep your place clean...they are in the walls and the halls.
Laundry rooms ARE a problem...they are not secure, they are very often broken with no notice.
Water shut off IS a problem...you wake to get ready for work and there is non...you open you door and see that they posted a notice on the building on their way to turn it off at 8am.
Parking IS a problem...my car was damaged...they have a sister property next door, space around the pool..you have one pass per name on the lease and even with the pass they will towe your car from the property.
Crime YES look inquiry with the local police check crimstopper...in 2009 I was sealed in my unit 3 times by SWAT...Theft seems to be a regular thing...and don't think you are safe with the employee's of the complex. July 2009 someone was shot...and if you investigate it was not the first shooting.
Property Management...HORRIBLE...they lie, they are rude, but only after you are living there. They will say they didn't get your rent check to charge you a late fee and have you write a new one. They will say you did not give notice to end your lease that expired...based on their month to month clause. When it comes time to go to court they will lie and fourge summons and anything they can to screw a previous tennant.
I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND this location to anyone...and seeing as Southern Management ownes them and allows this kind of behaviour and supports the word of the rental office with their attorneys I would avoid all of there communities.
