Worst service on all fronts. wife and i bought $5000 worth of furniture at the Laurel store. Well, numerous phone calls later, numerous reasons why the furniture wasn't in our possession. we even got told that ours sofa was on route from the UK by customer service to then be told by the sales manager that that was a lie and that it was being shipped from another state. well 4 months have passed, my wife is stressed out due to the number of times she has reached out to them, even tho we have left numerous messages for the general manager to call us. (no reply). He then calls back saying yes their was an error and that he could give us $100 dollars off our original purchase price. We are currently contacting the head office in order to make a formal complaint. I would with all honesty avoid this store. i'm not saying all the staff are bad as our original sales person was really nice. but soon as money was handed over it went rapidly down hill. Roody the store GM was a bad example of a store manager and should perhaps re-asses his choice of career. ti be continued .......
