I hired them back in August 2012 due to a leak/flood I had in my home. They put in a french drain and sump pump and the rep who came out said they give a 100% guarantee that the house would not flood again and if it did they were responsible for fix it and replace anything that got damaged. Well come December 24, 2013 my house has water in the carpet and mold growing on the baseboards. I call the company on December 30th due to the holiday and they were to come out on January 3, 2014 to check it out. Due to weather they claim they had to cancel the appointment and reschduled for January 4, 2014. They said the person who did the system would be coming out since he had 30 years experience and would be able to tell what the problem is. They sent some young guy who didn't really know what was going on, all he said he I believe there must have been a power outage the pump overflowed. Ok that is a lot of water to over flow 3 feet. I called the company back and they said they would have to send someone else out on January 7, 2014 to spray for mold, he tore up my carpent and ruined the dividers from carpet to tile, I called the company back but no one was every available to take my call for a week so I gave up. No July 18, 2014 a friend who is watching my house and staying there sent me pictures of mold, water damage 6 feet up the drywall in the closet where the sump pump is and water around the pipe leading outside on the cinderblock. I called July 18, 2014 at 5pm and left message with answering service they were suppose to call me bac on July 19, 2014 but no one did. I called back on July 21, 2014 and used my now married name and finally got through to someone, they weren't happy. All they would say was probably pump had gone and that wasn't covered on their warranty and the manufacturer warranty had expired and that it would cost $575 to replace or $125 if it could be repaired. Not sure what their 100% guarantee covers since nothing seems to be covered by them and surely not what I was told at time of hiring. Finally I got an appointment for someone to come out on July 24, 2014 between 10 - 12 to look at it. Well let see on July 24, 2014 I was left message on my work phone at 10:26am that the tech had to leave his first job because he wasn't feeling well and was going home and to call to reschedule. I call and they can't reschedule at this time because they have to rework and call everyone else first and that they would call before the end of the day to say when they could do it after everyone else is rescheduled pretty much. No call and now it is July 25, 2014 at 9:23am and still no call. I don't think they plan on ever fixing it or up holding their 100% warranty. To me less then 2 years a pump shouldn't be gone especially since we don't get rain 365 days a year 24 hours a days. I want a refund and have turned them into the BBB where I see others this year have complained about the same thing. I would suggest using another company before ever using this one since they don't stand behind their work and if they tell you they do they lie to get your business.
