My dogs and I like to visit the dog park. At least when there are well behaved there to play with. Watch out for the people who being in their intact males- I've run into at least 3 of them now and while my dogs weren't injured they were harassed. Apparently my male neutered male is the fave fodder to mount. Not fun for my dogs and not fun for me.

I have boarded my group there a couple of times now and it must be great because my dogs seem pretty happy when we pick them up. No running to us and shaking. They do need to do some training with their young assistants. A little 8-10lb dog should not be able to pull the leash out of their hands. I have yet to figure out why they won't let my male dog play with the group there, he is up to date on shots and would just love to play with somebody, anybody!!! he'd look forward to staying with them if he was playing or hanging out with others. My girls are not fun to hang with for him.
