Schessler Ready Mix
603 W Railroad St, Laurel, MT 59044
Schessler Ready Mix was opened by Herman "Ike" Schessler and his wife Lois in 1930 as an excavation business. In 1950, the business entered the ready-mix concrete industry, and Herman was joined by his son, Bob, and John Miller, making the business Schessler-Miller Ready Mix, Inc. Bob Schessler and John Miller operated the plant from 1972 to 1992. Bob eventually bought out his business partner's share of the company to make way for his son, Rob. Roger Osborne, son-in-law to Bob and Joyce, also has joined the business and has been there for the last 12 years. Other long time employees include Scott Mills (8 years), Bob Neal (5 years), and Todd Jansma (3 years).

Provided by YP.comconcrete truck dropped a 5 lb block of concrete, tearing the front drive line off my jeep. When I reported it to the company and told them that they could have killed somebody. They laughed and insisted their truck was clean. It was not. Their insurance told me it was general driving hazard and therefore they would not pay for any damages. Apparently they don't value personal lives or property, as long as they make money. So sad that businesses have to act that way.
