This is a small facility with limited options for cardio equipment and no classes are available. The selling points are the hours open, ( always) and it is very clean. If you aren't looking for classes or lots of extra options this is the best option in Laurel. Locomotive fitness offers classes and extras but the facility has some outdated equipment and is filthy. In Laurel there are two options ; simple and clean ( Snap) or diverse and dirty ( Locomotive Fitness)
