I don't know where to begin. All I can say to anyone considering these crooks is please don't give them your money. They are despicable, immoral, greedy attorneys and it is people like them who make people hate the criminal justice system and attorneys in general. These greedy men will take your money, promise you justice and you will get NOTHING but heartache and injustice. They took my money and all hope I had of getting a decent resolution to an abusive marriage. After Thompson spent up $3,000 he then filed to be let go of his duty to represent me. He took $3,000 and never even signed a retainer with me. Told judge later it was a "verbal" agreement. After that I went through several other attorneys before finally getting a resolution 4 years later. These attorneys promote themselves in the small town of Laurens as the best in town when the reality is they have robbed me and many others of their money, legal rights, and any hope of justice. Don't bother filing a complaint with the SC Bar Association. I tried that too and it was a waste of time. DO NOT put your precious personal matters in the lives of these crooks. If you do you will be sorry.
