Do they engrave necklaces? I want to get it done before this weekend. I want 2 necklaces for me and my boyfriend for Valentine's Day .

I had done business many times over the years with Ned's. However, a few years ago, during a time when gold went up, they stole my gold jewelry. Absolutely stole it. My pawn payments were up to date. When I went in to pay to get it out I was told they did not have it. I had my ticket showing I was not behind. They made out to look for it but finally had to admit that it had been sold by them & there was no way to get it back. I had a very large, thick gold ring with a synthetic Peridot, very old. It was very sentimental to me, along with few others. I was so upset I left. My son went & talked with them a bit later to no avail. I didn't pursue legal action due to my emotional state. They certainly did not offer to remedy their action. So in my book, Ned's is a thief.
