First time in the store today. The store was nice and clean. I purchased a wig and found after the purchase that the stylist could have style to wig to make sure it was the fix for me. I did that step after the purchase and the wig was not fix for me. I had a new cap purchased from the store, the owner said since I tried the wig on it was mind and I could not exchange it for a different one. I understand the policy but I did not walk out the wig the wig nor did I wear it with an used cap. The store policy need to big more clear on the return policy. What if I could not read, then what? The receipt also stated not refund after 7 days but does not state wig.
