The young lady named Lonni or vonni, was so rude and unprofessional, I will no longer go there, and I'm a usual returning customer, I probably go every other day for the last few years, since I live like 2 minutes away, but as of today no more, I rather go to Sam's liquor since its the same distance, and not rude, or sarcastic towards customers, this young lady should be fired I've spent hundreds in this store the last few yrs there, but because of of her I will refuse to spend another dollar or ever return...

Well the two very unprofessional, young, rude, and to top it off loud little girls that were working the night I went really screwed up my act! They not only charged my card twice but also got loud with me, actually yelling at me about holding up there precious line, while their over there holding my card in their hand!! Telling me they didn't charge it when I got a text FROM THE BANK SAYING THEY DID!!! AND I TOLD HER OVER AND OVER JUST FORGET THE DAM $1.56 THAT WAS OWED TO ME, JUST GIVE ME MY STUFF SO I CAN GO!! NO SHE SAID IT WOULD MESS UP HER INVENTORY! WTF IS SHE TALKING ABOUT!!! SO NOW I HAVE TO TRACK DOWN THE OWNER AND FIGURE OUT HOW WERE GONNA FIX WHAT THOSE TWO GENIUSES SCREWED UP!!!!

I was visiting Phoenix from Denver and happened upon JJ's. GREAT Food! I loved the wings. Great burgers and everything else. I think I ordered some sort of platter but it had everything. Will be swinging by again on my next visit!
