Abel is GREAT! This store has had a bit of turnover. I was in yesterday with 8 packages and I was a mess. Abel took the time to go through each package, ensured that each one was sent out at a low price and that I understood the cost. The store was quite busy but he didn't make me feel rushed or rush himself. There was a lady in there as well-- she stayed longer than she was suppose to help more the line along.

I showed up at the laveen location at 5 minutes tell closing time and the guy working there told me looking at me through the window said he was closed. I got him to come open the door and if I could just the fax I received and he said no Cause he was closed. He also said sorry bud you can come in tomorrow when we open again. Very poor customer service! I never go there again until this changes. They don't deserve one star....I gave them one star cause I had too.
