Further more there was no body in the parking lot or waiting room when my wife and daughter arrived (5 min late). When I called the office to express my frustration the "secretary" informed me that the 8:30am patient was already waiting in the waiting room. So either my wife is blind or someone is not telling the truth. Also I was led to believe that DR.Stone had made the call to turn my wife and child away for being 5 min late but later found out that Dr.Stone knew nothing about the incident. Regardless of the reasoning behind my wife and 4 year old daughter being turn away. The professionalism at this particular practice is lacking tremendously. We will not do business here ever again and will be sure to make others aware of the sub par treatment and staff that was experienced here.

If I could give this place NO STARS I would - I have never been treated the way that I was today by ANY practice. I took my 4 year old daughter in to see Dr. Stone 6 months ago for teeth cleaning. We were on time and I waited Appox. 15 mins. before they took us back. Today we had her 2nd teeth cleaning. We drove 45 mins to get there for an 8am appt. I came in and signed her in and we went straight to the bathroom. We quickly returned to the waiting room and they told us we were 10 mins late- and they would not be seeing her. I told her that she is 4 and we worked very hard to get here on time but had to drive from 2 counties over through school traffic and as soon as she walked in she had to potty. She said they would not be seeing her because they had an 8:30am and she didn't have time to get a full cleaning. My 4 year old daughter was VERY upset they turned her away. If they had taken her back when we walked in we would have only been 5 mins late. IT DOES NOT TAKE 30 mins to clean a 4 year old mouth. Last time we were there it took her 15 mins. It was liked they wanted to turn us away to make a point. I have never been turned away for being 10 mins late to an appointment. My daughter is on peachcare for kids and I believe that is why they turned us down even though they claim to accept insurance. The lady at the desk said that Dr. Stone was cracking down on people being late. I think that he is trying to make a point and using us as an example. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS PRACTICE. Thank you DR. STONE your point was RECEIVED.
