They serviced our boat....when we went to use it the battery was dead....then once we got it running it was making a loud noise and would not go in reverse. They refused to fix without charging me 2000.00 in damage repairs....my lawyer will be in touch.

I took my twin engine Regal to Rocky's Marine due to the port side engine's backfiring and rough running. Through their expertise they solved the problem, loose electrical fittings on the fuel pump, fixed it, and test drove it to ensure it was working properly.

My sales experience was great. However I was never told about the charges for maintaining my boat. It would have been helpful if I were consulted before work was done on my watercraft, instead I got a huge bill.
