We boarded our dog here recently and had great experience. We also had him groomed on last day. I would definitely board our dog there next time.

well this is the first review I have ever written. So, that is how mad I am about the lack of care at PetSmart. Besides thier outrageous rules, I went to pick up my two dogs and all of thier bedding was soaked with pee. The receptionist had no idea how long it was like that, but I can say my dogs did not smell all that great. Not one apology or care of concern from the girl. I asked if there was water left in the cage all day and she said yes..even though I explicitely told them to only give them some water during meal time. but they didn't listen, so god knows how long my dogs slept in their own urine. Yes, it looks nice but I would never go back to this place again.
