I moved to Lawrence, KS 15 years ago. I moved my insurance to American Family once I got settled in my new city. I have been with them ever since. Harry was great to work with but I knew right away Jenny could answer all my questions. About three years ago, I started a small part-time business. As a consumer, I did my due diligence to check rates among other local companies. American Family was the cheapest AND I had first hand experience already of the great customer service they provided. When Harry decided to retire, I was so excited Jenny decided to take over!!! She's always been very knowledgable, professional and helpful!!!

I recently switched to American Family and have been very impressed so far! FIrst off, the rates are very affordable and I was even able to add additional coverage and still pay less than my previous plan. Also, Jenny and her staff were so helpful and explained everything to me step by step.
