INCOMPETENT CRIMINALS: Brought my iPad in for a new battery. Technician took the screen off improperly, probably with a screwdriver, bending the metal frame and broke the LCD screen. They then replaced the screen "at no charge" when I noticed the damage, didn't reseal the screen to the bezel, I think broke the wifi card as wireless now had issues, then the manager and corporate office repeatedly ignored by damage claims despite numerous phone calls. The Manager even suddenly had a "bank emergency" and had to leave before I arrived when I was finally able to meet him at the store to discuss the problem in person. It took challenging their $90 repair for work they never did thru my credit card company to be refunded. I ended up selling my iPad on eBay as it never worked the same after that.

The crew at Batteries Plus are so helpful they go out of their way to help customers. They always have what I need and at very great price. Thank you for getting my laptop battery before my overseas trip. You guys rock!!!!!!
