On 01/26/19 I went in to buy a new 2019 Kia Sportage LX. The selection that Lawrence Kia has is second to none and I really like having a wide variety to choose from, both in colors and available options, when shopping for a new vehicle. Plus you can't beat their complimentary lifetime warranty on all new and used vehicles, that travels with you anywhere nationwide. Chris Pena my salesman was very professional, attentive, courteous, and never pushy during the entire shopping and buying process. Chris Herring the Sales Manager was also exceptional in finding me the financing I wanted and the payments that were within my budget. Lawrence Kia made the whole vehicle buying process very quick and pain free, and Chris Pena explained all the options and aspects of my new Kia Sportage so that I was fully aware of how everything worked. I truly felt like a VIP, even though my credit isn't great, they still made me feel like a top priority throughout my whole buying experience and even after that. Chris called me a few days later to ask me if I had any questions or concerns, and how I was enjoying my new Sportage. That's what sets Lawrence Kia apart from the rest, is they still follow up and keep in touch after the sale. I couldn't be happier with my new Kia Sportage and Lawrence Kia, it was well worth the drive from Topeka to Lawrence to get such a great deal. Last but not least, Lawrence Kia's prices are much lower than any other dealer in the area, along with a free lifetime warranty, and the largest selection, makes it a no brainer to go see them for a new or used vehicle.

Purchased a 2017 Forte EX in October. Had a good experience and I love my vehicle. No problems with the dealership.

this has to b the worst first experience buying a car. just bought the car in July 2013. already having problems with car. they said their mechanics went through it and everything was good as new. guess trading it in to someone else. DO NOT BUY HERE.
