The woman on the phone was very nice, however, said she could not get someone out until 1 wk later. I said that was fine. She said she would call me on monday to set up a time for tuesday. No one ever called me.

I scheduled an appointment for a Friday at 1:00 p.m. The work had to get done by Monday, because I had a contractor working on the house. I took a half day off from work to meet the plumber at the house. No one called until after 3:00 p.m. I finally called to ask where the plumber was. The woman who answers the phone said the plumber had an earlier appointment where he tried to fix something, made it worse, and now he had a real problem and had to stay until it was fixed. She said he would get to me, but it might be another hour. She never called back and he never arrived. I finally called again near 5:00 p.m. and she said, oh, I guess he's not going to make it, you'll have to reschedule. I told her the contractor was coming on Monday, and I desperately needed the work done. I asked if they could have someone come over that evening or the next day, on Saturday. I offered to pay extra to have the work done on Saturday. The woman became very rude, said it was not her problem, and hung up on me. So, to recap: I took a half day off work, which they could have prevented by calling me earlier to cancel. Further, if they had cancelled at noon on Friday, I might have gotten someone else there. Next, they were inflexible about helping me, even when I begged, which cost me more money, because I had to pay the contractor on Monday, altho he couldn't do any work. And then she was incredibly rude. I wouldn't recommend them, and they clearly don't want my or your business.
